The Transition In Music

The Transition In Music by Chris Bermillo

Music is a very popular topic in our world today. We can sometimes depend on music to go with our emotions or to hear the hottest track out there now. But like on life, everything goes through a change. For instance, music has changed drastically. It went from just simple beats to people talking about their personal life. In the 1920s they just had simple melodies and beats that people enjoyed and loved. Now in the world people like to talk about their journey through the music industry and how hard it is to get their names big. One of the biggest changes that I noticed was between the 1990’s and 2000’s. The big change that I saw was in the 90’s they talked about their personal lives and expressed the hardships they went through. Now in the 2000’s artists or (most rappers to be specific) talk about getting girls and drugs. The music industry is changing and we have no control over it.
